North America

After our client moved into their dream home, they soon realised that the amount of furniture they needed to properly fill their space greatly exceeded their original expectations! With the unexpected need to expand their original plans, we decided it would be best to work in stages.

Their first stage was to transform the grand living room. The living room was in the direct sightline of the front door, which meant the design needed to make a big impact, while also creating a warm and inviting space.

Small Downtown Condo Living

Our clients had just moved into their first condo in the city and wanted to maximize their small space and to make it feel like home. We used a combination of texture, colour, and greenery to create a warm and inviting space.

Urban Living Style

Our client wanted to maximize her condo space without sacrificing function. We created a bespoke custom sectional sofa to fit her living space and added performance fabric to help with easy maintenance and a quality that would help make the piece last a long time. We incorporated texture with a custom wool rug, a mohair chair in a deep blue colour, and leather stools to round out the design.

Colourful Modern Home

Our client loves bold colours but wasn’t sure how to express herself without it consuming and overpowering her entire space. Her love for art allowed us to pull colours and incorporate them throughout her home. The narrow dining space wouldn’t allow for a standard sized table, so instead we designed a custom table, tailor-made to fit her space perfectly. This also gave us the opportunity to incorporate her modern design aesthetic to flow with the rest of her home.

Dining Room

Real Estate Staging

Our client needed to stage their home as they were putting their property up for sale. The space was large, but felt small without the appropriate furniture. To give potential buyers a better sense of the size of the room, we scaled the dining table and chairs to the right size. Bringing in jewel tones into dining chairs and wall-art balanced the greys and wood-tones in the room.
